I am proud to announce the launch of inRecruitment. A new way for businesses to recruit Sales, Marketing, IT and Commercial Staff in and around East Anglia and London. We are excited about inRecruitment which has ambitions and a plan to change the way people think of and work with Professional Recruitment Companies.
Many of you are already aware that we have been working hard over the past year to be able to get to where we are today and be ready to move forward with this exciting new venture. inRecruitment Group has recently acquired two Colchester based recruitment companies. Professional Sales Personnel and Vacancies Network. Over the past 10 years Professional Sales Personnel has delivered high-quality Sales and Customer Service candidates to businesses across East Anglia. Its sister company Vacancies Network had developed a reputation for helping local customers find the right commercial applicants at competitive prices. All the staff members that our customers have worked with so well over the years have been retained.
During the next 6 months we will be aiming to launch a number of exciting initiatives to help customers improve the way they currently recruit, making the process more cost-effective and improving efficiency. We will be investing heavily in technology-based applications and introducing the concept of “Recruitment as a Service” to a wider audience.
A changing recruitment climate
We are well aware that the climate in professional recruitment is changing. It needs to change and its changing for the better. Recruitment companies need clearer levels of service and more transparent pricing structures. When agency prices can’t be justified and dropped on the first negotiation, it can only lead to the belief that pricing structures aren’t based on value or cost of service, but are opportunistic. inRecruitment will have a service-based pricing structure, that is commercially appropriate, fair and transparent to all.
There is no doubt our sector faces interesting challenges but the outlook is exciting and technical change will start to see the end of the “CV Shifter” approach to recruitment and the “post and hope” that advertising on recruitment Job Boards can bring. This will mean that we need to get extra creative and offer greater value to customers and provide real longer-term support and benefits to both our candidates and customers.
We are launching inRecruitment live on the 1st November 2017. Since the initial internal launch in September 2017 we have been actively working to recruit some great, experienced Account Managers, some dynamic and driven Junior Recruiters, a commercially forward thinking Business Development Team together with a Talent Acquisition Department that really understands how to uncover the very best candidates. Launching regionally at first then across London and nationally in late 2018 we look forward to delivering our new, next generation approach to Recruitment.
