The inRecruitment Group are pleased to announce the move to new offices on the Knowledge Gateway research and Technology park in Colchester, Essex on Monday 6th November 2017

Following the recent acquisition of two local businesses, Professional Sales Personnel and Vacancies Network, inRecruitment are on mission is to become the go to recruitment business across East Anglia and London for both the SME and the Corporate marketplace. The move to the Knowledge Gateway gives the company room to expand and continue to invest heavily in new systems to improve their efficiency, reducing the time to fulfil vacancies and develop a range of Recruitment as a Service solutions to help customers, interview, select, manage, develop and retain staff.

The Knowledge Gateway research and technology park, on the University of Essex Colchester Campus, is fast becoming the location of choice in the eastern region for knowledge-based enterprises in science, technology and the creative sector. Drawing on the Universities  global reputation for analytics and data science and outstanding support for SMEs, it’s set to employ more than 2,000 people

Our location gives us access to major transport routes through East Anglia and is convenient for our City of London clients.  Being directly on the Campus gives our Graduate candidates easy access to our offices to discuss their career plans and aspirations.”

There are now more than 20 organisations benefitting from the excellent research links and facilities creating a thriving business community, including the stunning £21m Essex Business School offering executive education options and a café which provides an ideal meeting place. In addition to the established businesses on the Knowledge Gateway a major innovation centre is being built to accommodate more than 50 new start-ups.

“In addition to our work with established clients, our new inDemand team can help start-ups meet and work with Business Consultants and experienced Interim Managers to develop their businesses further. We will also be launching a new scheme to help local businesses understand the benefits that working with Graduates can bring.” Katherine added.

The second phase has begun at the Parkside Office Village, creating a further 14,000 sq. ft. of modern bright office space for small businesses and is targeted to be ready in Autumn 2018.
